  • Can I order eyeglasses online and pick them up at your optical store?

    If you order from our online store, there should be an option for you to pick up at our optical store. If you choose this option, you are guaranteed to have our optician help fit your new eyewear for your comfort. If you would like to have it shipped to your home, that is also an option. Contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

  • I have a new prescription, what can I do?

    If you have a new prescription, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our optician so he can help you find the perfect pair of eyewear that works best for your needs.

  • How can I schedule an appointment to meet with the optician?

    If you would like to make an appointment to see our optician, we have an online form found at the top of our website that you can fill out, or you can call us directly at 561-369-3937. We look forward to seeing you!

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard. We also accept insurance plans, and you can give us a call to see if your insurance covers your new eyewear.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We do accept most insurance plans. Please contact our optician today to see if we accept your plan!

  • Do you offer eye exams?

    We do not offer eye exams. Our optician will look over your prescription provided by your ophthalmologist or optometrist, and will assist you in choosing the perfect pair of eyeglasses or sunglasses that fit your needs. We will also perform any necessary fittings for your eyewear to make sure they fit correctly and comfortably. 

  • What type of name brand eyeglasses and sunglasses do you sell?

    Here at Health City Optical, we sell a variety of name brand sunglasses and eyeglasses to fit anyone’s style and eyewear needs.   • What are your optical center business hours?

    Health City Optical is open Monday through Thursdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and we are also open on Fridays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. We are closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on the weekdays, and we are not open on the weekends or holidays. We hope to see you soon!
